Affordable Housing Success in Co. Durham

Planning House are pleased to announce that Believe Housing and Esh Construction has been successful in their application for a residential development of 96 dwellings (including bungalows) with access, open space, SuDs and landscaping. Provision of dedicated parking spaces and acoustic boundary fence to boundary of the existing vehicle maintenance workshops at the site of former Easington Village Workingmen’s Club Seaside Lane,  Easington Village, Co. Durham.

It’s a fantastic development which will regenerate a derelict site within the middle of the East Durham village, as Chris Pipe, Director of Planning House lives a short distance away she’s excited to see this improvement to the area.

Planning House provided the Planning Statement, including Open Space Assessment and Affordable Hosing Statement to accompany the application submitted to Durham County Council, which was referenced in the local press.
