Planning House are delighted to announce that they have secured planning approval for change of use of a residential property in a conservation area to a House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) for up to 7 individuals.
Hartlepool Borough Council considered that the change of use would not give rise to adverse impacts upon the visual amenity (including impacting upon the Conservation Area), neighbour amenity, highway safety, community safety or any other planning matter. The scheme was recommended for approval by Officers.
