Planning House secured planning permission for a large detached house within the Braithwell Conservation Area, Doncaster. The site is currently in use as a car parking serving a nearby public house, the Butchers Arms and bounds a children’s play park. With a number of Listed Buildings in the immediate vicinity and located in the heart of the Conservation Area the house has been sensitively designed to complement the area and was supported by Doncaster Planning Committee.
