Planning House have secure planning permission to change a large detached garage into a bungalow. The site is located outside of a settlement and the building has a complex history, permission was refused for the building retrospectively, an enforcement notice was served and then the client sought our help.
Not only did we have the enforcement notice quashed and establish a permission for use as a garage, now our clients have permission to alter the building and use it as a bungalow.
