Planning House are delighted that we have assisted in securing planning permission for a Children’s Home. The change of use of a property in Hartlepool to a registered Children’s Home was reported to the Hartlepool Planning Committee where the majority of Councillors supported the scheme. The application was minded to approve subject to the expiry of the publicity.
Councillors considered the use would not harm neighbour amenity, parking, highway safety, crime and anti-social behaviour or the character and appearance of the conservation area. As such officers recommended approval subject to the scheme and members of the committee agreed.
