Planning House are delighted to have secured approval to the s73 submission which sought to vary conditions of a major residential development planning approval. The application sought changes to the design, type and position of house types and site layout and variation of Conditions 2 (Approved Plans), 6 (BMMP), 14 (Hydraulic Calculations), 15 (Arboricultural) and discharge of conditions 7 (Engineering Detail), 8 (Materials), 10 (Garage Details), 11 (Surface Finishes), 12 (Means of Enclosure).
The s73 application proposing modification to the planning conditions was approved by Officers at Durham County Council under delegated powers.
The planning approval for 29 homes on an area of greenfield land to the southwest of the settlement of Witton Gilbert, on the outskirts of Durham City will now continue with the modified approval.
