Planning Success – Hartlepool, s73 application

Planning House are delighted to have secured approval to the s73 submission which sought to vary conditions of a planning application H/2021/0572 for the erection of 76 dwellings, associated infrastructure and landscaping to change the house type from Claremont to Violet on plots 74-75, 99-100, 105-106 and 109-110 (8no. plots in total), rename other house types, amend the solar panels and EV charging points to plots 89-95 and 104 (8no. plots) and amend the approved landscaping.

The s73 application proposing modification to the planning conditions was approved by Officers at Hartlepool Borough Council under delegated powers.
