Planning Success – Dalton Piercy, Hartlepool

Planning House are pleased to have assisted in securing planning consent for a large annex connected via glazed link to the main bungalow in Dalton Piercy, a rural area of Hartlepool.  The extension contains a games room / bar with seating areas and guest bedroom with en-suite.

We provided a supporting statement outlining the benefits of the proposal and compliance with planning policies along with an appeal decision supporting the principle of the development.

The plan drawer, Graeme Pearson from Gap Design, produced the plans acted as agent for the application and we worked along side him to ensure that the substantial extension was fully justified.

With the COVID-19 restrictions are looking at ways to extend their homes to ensure that they have ample space for working from home, or that their social experiences are contained within the ever expanding Homebody Economy.

If you’re looking to extend you may not need a planning consultant, however a good plan drawer or architect is essential.  We work with some great people and even if you don’t need us Contact Us and we can point you in the right direction of someone that can help you.
