We are delighted to announce that we have assisted a client secure approval for change of use from a small scale (up to 6 residents) House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) to a large scale HMO up to 8 people.
Rocket Architectural Design from Darlington acted as the agent, with Planning House providing support via a detailed planning statement and represented the applicant at the virtual planning committee.
Hartlepool Planning Committee approved the application with a vote of 9-1 for the proposed development.
