Planning House have just received an early Christmas present in the form of an allowed appeal for a client for a first floor bathroom extension.
The first floor extension was refused by North Tyneside Council on the basis of effect on the living conditions of the occupiers of the neighbouring property. Planning House were contacted by the applicant and asked us to help submit an appeal. Claire in our team submitted a robust case highlighting why the development was acceptable which the Planning Inspector agreed with and allowed the appeal.
