Planning House were delighted to assist SJD architects secure planning permission for this self-build dwelling in Moorsholme, Redcar & Cleveland.
The supporting statement argued that the site was sustainable and provided an infill development albeit that it is located outside the development limits. During the application process Planning House continued negotiations with a further statement to provide additional evidence to support the sustainability of the site and demonstrate that the proposal addressed an identified need for family homes in the area. The council planners took the delegated decision that on the basis of the arguments put forward they could support the application and approved the development.
