This change was necessary to accommodate a revised layout that ensures compliance with Building Regulations. A separate s96a (non-material amendment) was approved for the same site to remove references to the number of HMO units and rooms from the description of development.
These applications allow for adjustments to the planning condition relating to the approved plans and now enables our client to move forward confidently with their Sui Generis HMO development. They also highlight the importance of tailoring planning solutions to meet regulatory requirements while accommodating the evolving goals of a development.
