We are delighted to have secured planning permission for stables and a cabin to house rescue horses currently grazing on land at our client’s site in Stanley, Co. Durham.
The permission also secured retrospective consent for a comfort cabin to provide shelter and facilities for the applicant and his family when caring for the horses on the site.
Our client’s land is within the open countryside but is not isolated from surrounding farm buildings including stable buildings directly adjacent to the east and west of the main access point to the site.
Durham County Council Planners supported the scheme and issued the delegated approval accordingly.
We’re thrilled to have assisted our clients on this scheme.
