Retail to Café Planning Success

Planning House are delighted to have assisted in securing the change of use from retail to cafe use with outside seating.

The café is located within an existing retail pod within Tees Bay Retail Park. The planning application was accompanied by a sequential test which demonstrated that there were no other units available due to a multitude of reasons and therefore the application site was sequentially preferable.

The café is centrally located with a dedicated outside seating area and as such will support the vitality and viability of the retail park.
