Planning Success- Appeal Allowed in County Durham

Last month Planning House secured planning permission for a clients brick building which was erected without planning permission.  An  enforcement notice was issued requiring its removal was also quashed as part of the appeal process.

The building, although allowed, did not benefit from a use, today we have secure planning permission by virtue of a separate appeal to use the building as a garage. We’re very pleased with this decision and that our client acted quickly in seeking our advice when faced with the refusal.
