Earlier this week Chris Pipe from Planning House was a key speaker in a webinar with partners Community Ventures and Bevan Brittan. The Webinar, entitled ‘Recent and Proposed Changes in Town Planning’, considered planning for the future, proposed changes to the current planning system, the effects of Covid-19 on planning and what’s next for planning, as well as a detailed overview on the Planning White Paper.
The other key speaker was Dalee Kaur, Partner at Bevan Brittan, a planning lawyer acting for both the public and private sector across a broad range of planning matters including applications for and objections to planning applications, planning appeals, development plan representations, planning and infrastructure agreements and compulsory purchase and regeneration schemes. Dalee is recommended by Christopher Katkowski QC (leading planning Counsel) as one of the best planning solicitors in the business. She is also the new London Planning Highways/Environment Lead for LLG (Lawyers in Local Government).
Following presentations, there was an engaging and lively panel question and answer session.
