Proposed Development

The former garage site located to the rear of Cotswold Crescent was purchased in 2019 by Mark Leck after clearing the site, he is now looking to submit a planning application for 10 new homes.

The scheme proposed comprises 8 bungalows and 2 houses providing accommodation to meet the needs of the elderly and disabled who may need an element of care.

The layout has been designed with the bungalows backing onto the existing properties on Brendon Crescent and the railway line, with the 2 houses positioned in the corner of the site near the allotments to reduce the visual impact of the development.

Before the application is submitted we are seeking your views, please take a look at the plans and let us know your thoughts.

A home environment is critically important to everyone and this development would provide a safe and inclusive place to live.”

Mark Leck
