We’re happy to announce that a client of ours has been successful in securing planning permission from Stockton planning department. We provided a supporting statement to accompany an application for the conversion of the integral garage and erection of a detached double garage at Tindale Close.
The site has a detailed history with regard to recent refusals, our letter demonstrated that, by virtue of the position of the property within the street scene in context of the surrounding properties the proposed development would not result in an incongruous feature nor would it be detrimental to the character or appearance of the surrounding area or the amenity of neighbouring residents. The letter also demonstrated that there are properties in the immediate vicinity which comprise similar developments.
