We are pleased to announce that Planning House secured planning permission for a new dwelling within Newcastle upon Tyne.
The site is a corner property within an established dense urban area. Planning permission was originally sought for 2 dwellings, proposed to adjoin the rear/side of the existing house which had already been turned into flats. However, it was clear that this was over-development of the site.
Through working proactively with the case officer, who was worth his weight in gold by engaging throughout the process and the Architect – Rocket Architectural Design & Development the scheme had a complete overhaul. All parties worked on amended plans which were agreed much to our clients delight.
