Planning House secured planning permission for a large single storey building with footprint 60 metres in length and 55 metres in width at our client J&B Recycling Ltd’s waste processing plant in Middlesbrough.
The approved shed will support the existing facility ran by J&B Recycling since 2013 by allowing materials to be stored under cover and assist in the quality of materials and better onward processing.
The expansion of the existing business within the East Middlesbrough Industrial Estate will create additional employment opportunities and allows the business to expand rather than relocate.
