Proposed Development

Port Homes have purchased land from Hartlepool Borough Council to further extend their existing residential development at Seaton Meadows.  An access road is proposed through the existing development to the land.

Port Homes are now seeking to submit a full application for
planning permission to provide 76 new dwellings on the site.

The proposed development will comprise a mix of semi-detached and detached family homes to complement the existing residential area. Each property will benefit from off street car parking spaces and private enclosed rear gardens to create a safe and inclusive place to live. The proposed development also includes open front gardens which will be lawned and some landscaping areas to enhance the character and appearance of the development.

The design of the proposed development has been arranged around a cul-de-sac layout to allow for safe access and manoeuvrability for vehicles and to encourage a sense of place and community for residents. The proposed layout and design of the new homes would compliment the existing homes in the area.

Before the application is submitted we are seeking your views, please take a look at the plans and let us know your thoughts.

"Our vision has always remained the same, which is to deliver a creative and quality home to those that matter, our customers."
