Planning House were delighted to work so closely with Seymour Civil Engineering skills academy and Hartlepool FC college to gain approval for the scheme which will deliver meaningful economic and social benefits to the area.
Major application for the improvement of an existing training facility which has been hugely successful since its original approval in 2019. The current approval will see significant investment secured through the Hartlepool Town deal Fund in collaboration with Hartlepool FE College in order to significantly increase the number of learners visiting the site and deliver training to get experience on a number of construction and civil engineering sector skills which are not currently provided within Hartlepool. The new facility will enable learners to gain qualifications and prepare them for employment opportunities.
